Get a poster board or corkboard and start working to create a vision for your life. Add images from magazines that reflect your absolute craziest dreams. The limit is not exceeded. And, it’s not just a picture of your favorite body type. People are smiling, how about your dream home, your dream job, and inspirational quotes? Put it where you can see it consistently. When you feel that your dreams and goals have been achieved, you can create a new vision board.

 


4. START SMALL:

Never exercise in your life? There is no need to concentrate on daily exercise. When starting a fitness journey, it is best to take simple steps. There is no need to enter the gym and lift a ton of weight on the first day. In fact, this is a great way to hurt yourself and feel frustrated. Start by walking 15 to 30 minutes every day or  Do 10 jump jacks and 10 squats today-11 of them tomorrow. Are 10 too big for you now? Do 5. Don’t think, do it!

Decide to use the stairwell rather than the lift. Take a break all day. By doing small things every day, you can develop exercise habits. Over time, you can add more challenging exercises.

 

 


5. REMEMBER NUTRITION:

Otherwise, you will realize that when you should actually take the stairs, you are subconsciously walking towards the elevator or escalator.
